Our Process

A Smooth, Step-by-Step Path Designed for Your Success

01.Get a Letter of Acceptance

The child must be accepted into a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) and receive the official acceptance letter.

02.Check If a Study Permit is Needed

Some short programs may not need a permit, but most minors should have one to continue studying in Canada.

03.Provide Custodianship Declaration

Minors under 18 need a Canadian custodian. Parents and custodian must complete the IMM 5646 declaration.

04.Gather All Required Documents

Passport, birth certificate, funds proof, acceptance letter, and all IMM forms must be prepared accurately.

05.Apply Online Through IRCC

Create an IRCC online account and submit the full study permit application digitally.

06.Pay Fees & Submit Biometrics

Pay application + biometric fees, then complete fingerprints and digital photo at a Visa Application Centre.

07.Medical Examination
(If Required)

Some applicants must complete a medical exam with an approved panel physician before approval.
